How much will it cost?

Many factors come into play when determining the cost involved in doing a shoot. We also use the state of the art equipment to include Nikon’s newest top of the line D3x raising the bar on extreme resolution. For every 1 hour of onsite photography there may be as much as 3 hours or more time needed in post production. Many photographers charge by the hour, as well as creative and photographic fees, all of which can be confusing and very expensive. We try to simplify the pricing structure making the rates below all inclusive. In doing so you are not charged hidden or add-on costs.
Exceptions to this standard include:

additional interior lighting
evening shoots (after 4pm)
delayed entry into shoot location (i.e. security, wrong codes, etc.)
travel time beyond 30 miles
hosting images online with our highly secure dedicated server
unforeseeable situations that fall out of the normal on client side.

The client will be notified before hand if additional needs are required at an onsite shoot.

Normal costs:
Photographer Fee (PF): $500 hour (1 hr min.).
WAIVED ON STANDARD SHOOTS
This is our base fee which pays for time and talent as well as extra personnel that may or may not be needed. We absorb drive times to site locations within approx. a 30 mile radius of Chandler AZ. Outside this radius drive time is based at 1/2 the hourly rate one way only. So if a job is a 2 hour drive we would change $250 x 2 = $500 total for drive times.
We can typically shoot up to 5 -8 pano’s in one hour.

Post-production (PP) costs : INCLUDED

Simplified pricing structure :

Our panoramas are created in full HDR (high dynamic range). We bracket our shots (taking several exposures of the same scene so as to cover the full gamut of tonal range. This yields perfectly exposed scenes (no window blowouts).

We provide 2 types of VR panorama’s:

360 degree cylindrical panoramic 360 degree cylindrical or circle panorama (360CP)
Giving a full 360 left to right image - no up or down movement.
These are very simplified panoramas which require less work which means more panoramas can be achieved in a shorter period of time.
Typically 4 panoramas can be created (front to end) based on the hourly rate.

360 degree spherical panoramic 360 degree spherical or global panoramic (360SP)
These are fully immersive panoramic images allowing for left and right rotation as well as up and down. Capturing ceiling and floor allows for the full floating effect on a panoramas.
Typically 2 panoramas can be created (front to end) based on the hourly rate.

We offer discounted rates for Commercial and Residential Real Estate and other companies having longer term needs.

Finished work will be published onto CD-ROM in 2 formats to give your website developer greater flexibility in incorporating the panoramic images onto your company website.

Optional services:
Music added to Pano’s = $25 (provided by client)
Extra CD-ROM's = 5 for free - extras $10ea.

Printing services also available in sizes up to 48” x 96” - ask for pricing.
